Monique opened the World's first Chalkart School in 2000.

As most people already know, Monique is the original pioneer of modern Chalkart spending years developing her trade secrets. Monique's dream was to one day become an art teacher, using her original style and techniques. She wanted to be different to other artists and managed to finally get there, but not without years of hard, hard work and dedication.

Monique Chalkart has helped many chalkartists start their own business. There are many of her students now teaching chalkart using Monique's original techniques.

AAST was Monique's agent for some time and has since created a copy of Monique's chalkart school, claiming that the new teacher was one of the chalkart pioneers!!! This is NOT true. I feel it is VERY important that people are aware that this new school is sometimes confusing for students who want to learn from the original pioneer of chalkart. Monique is the original Chalkart pioneer and has spent the past 20 years of her life dedicated to it.

One Day Chalkart Experience:

Any day, Mon-Fri 9.00am-3.00pm. This course is designed for those who are interested in chalkart but unsure if it's their thing! Students complete a small, simple artwork.

Fee is refunded if student continues to professional course.

AU $150 incl gst

One week Beginners Chalkart Course:

Mon-Fri 9.00am-3.00pm (5 days). This course is designed for those who just want a brief introduction to chalkart. Students learn about materials and how to apply them. Simple artworks are completed.

Two Week Chalkart Hobby Course: chalk art hobby

Mon-Fri 9.00am-3.00pm (10 days). This course introduces lettering, picture and layout techniques. Complex artworks are completed, great for those who are more interested in producing gifts and artworks.

Three Week Chalkart Professional Course:

Mon-Fri 9.00am-3.00pm (15 days). Most popular Chalkart Course. Designed for those who want to learn it all, and start their own business. Lettering, pictures, layout, menu design, and real life projects.
